Coming Soon
Starting June 24th, the day after I graduate from the Los Angeles Police Academy, I Drank What? will return to the blogosphere with exciting new posts, products, and slightly more activity.
Be there!
Note: Any and all of my 4 readers are invited to attend the graduation ceremony to be held on June 23rd at 9:00 am (next to Dodger Stadium) on the eve of my return.

I'll be there. I plan to swim...I should probably start now...
I would love to go, but I have to do my hair, and I am a couple thousand kilometers away.
Seriously though - congratulations!
I'd have to walk. And then get a new job. And then my wife would divorce me.
But it might be worth it. Dude: you lost a TON of weight at the academy. You look both great and in a strange way innocent. I hope you look more like the picture your Dad put on the blog when you're on the beat than you do in this picture.
Why anyone would want to work as a cop in that cesspool of corruption that is the city of Los Angeles is beyond me.
Fled the city which was the only city that I knew and loved after the 1992 riots.
You sir are owed much gratitude and appreciation for the steps you are taking. Congratulations.
Frank:
No worries. Here's an alternative shot.
Plus, he's 6' 4". He'll be scary enough to the bad guys, I think.
I will anticipate your return. Sorry I won't be able to make the graduation; but I will sleep easier knowing you have a watchful eye over us!
Wow. Does he laser zap his hair?
yeah. sorry. I updated my blog and didn't put them back up...
But dont worry. They're back.
By the way- I saw train-man where he works a couple weeks ago...
9 readers now
And the next real question... Is your partner in crime going to be coming back?
We've all been waiting for an announcement like this. Welcome back!
And congratulations. We'll all be able to say, "We knew you when."
Just do me a favor. Someday when you are giving someone a ticket or arresting them- break into your Tom Jones imitation!
Congrats. I hope your career is filled with excitement and donuts.
Pec-
Dude, you really need to start keeping track of all the "hey-now-you're-a-cop-so-let-me-tell-you-my-favorite-cliche" jokes. Plus I just realized: you're about to be an official cop, and I just got my permit. This could be interesting. If you see a bearded 16-year-old bookin' it down the road, I think I could live with a loss of link in leau of a loss of permit :)
But anyways, congrats on your hard work. My sister's boyfriend is going through the same program, although I think he's a couple steps behind you; he just did his polygraph... they asked him (among others):
"Did you ever lie to your parents
from the ages of 1 to 12"
He answered: "WELL OF COURSE!!", then they told him he'd be suprised just how many people say 'no'...
Also: "Have/do you ever beat your significant other?"
He answered: "Yeah but she likes it"... he then promptly told them he was just kidding.
Just thought I'd share that with you.
BTW- Save me one of them apple fritters... I love those things.
Congrats man! If I had a chance to be down there I would definately go, AND then I'd stop by Magic Mountain, which I'm afraid you locals don't appreciate nearly enough. ;-)
I'm so PROUD of you!!! (yes, I know I don't really know you...but it's this mom factor that I can't control).
Congrats... and let's be careful out there.
He graduates this morning, and I just read at Drudge that the San Andreas fault is posed to "explode".
Coincidence? I think not.
Dude -- congrats! You earned it -- and I hope you get that dream date with Jessica Simpson real soon.
Congrats buddy. Wish we could have been there.
Did they teach you to do sound effects like Larvelle Jones?
